These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vytal (the "Service"), operated by Nexus Intelligence ("Vytal", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, taking a free preview, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vytal is an AI-powered fitness and wellness tool. It uses information you provide — including body-composition (InBody) data, goals, dietary preferences and self-reported details — to generate personalised workout suggestions, nutrition suggestions, written assessments and an AI chat assistant. All output is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Vytal is not a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, physiotherapist or licensed health professional, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Service's AI assistant is not a certified or licensed professional and does not have real-world credentials or experience. Nothing produced by the Service should be treated as a substitute for professional medical or health advice.
Always consult a qualified physician or health professional before starting any exercise programme, changing your diet, or acting on any suggestion from the Service, especially if you are pregnant, have any injury, medical condition, allergy, or take any medication. You use the Service and follow any plan entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome or level of fitness, health or safety.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. A person under 18 may use the Service only under the supervision of, and with verifiable consent from, a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf and takes responsibility for their use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may offer a free preview (for example, a limited workout preview) at our discretion; free previews may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time. Paid plans are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions in Indian Rupees (₹) through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Applicable taxes may apply.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and plan features (including scan or usage limits) may change over time. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees or availability of Razorpay or any payment network.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; uploading false, infringing or harmful content; attempting to access other users' data; reverse-engineering, scraping or overloading the Service; or reselling or providing the Service to third parties without our written permission.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal (or, for organisation accounts, internal) purposes. Plans generated for you may be used for your own personal use.
The Service relies on third parties including Google (AI generation), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and data), and Razorpay (payments). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability arising from them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you, and you are responsible for evaluating it before acting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vytal, Nexus Intelligence, and their founders, owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any personal injury, health consequence, or damage of any kind arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any plan, suggestion or content it produces — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vytal, Nexus Intelligence and their founders, owners, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
